Both Alexis and I try to avoid just handing out material, because it’s just so much more rewarding to find great stuff on your own.
Favorite play? Hmm, contemporary work wise, I love Private Lives by Noel Coward. I’m also a huge fan of anything Terrence McNally. But I’m also a huge fan of anything pre-Wilde. I love farse, and Moliere is king of farse. The Doctor in Spite of Himself is my favorite of his. I also love all of Sheridan’s work, and one can never go wrong with Shakespeare.
